The Kent Open
Just to let you know Iceni member, Barry Warren, won the Kent Open FT Championships Sunday 19th August after a shoot-off against Kent Woodsmen member, Cameron Casey. In the shoot-off both competitors shot a 37 yard and 53 yard kneeler, getting both, then the same targets taken standing. Cameron missed one while Barry got them both for the title.

Re: The Kent Open
Scored 35 from 40. Quite a long course with a 50 yard kneeler. Tricky wind at times but expect Todd will tell you I was lucky the wind dropped when I shot the targets. Let me tell you there was a 55 yarder with the wind blowing a hooley necessitating aiming off the target altogether. Couple of targets I noticed my pellets missing high, I must have been two thirds round the course when Todd noticed the cone in my muzzle brake gradually getting blown out of the gun, another few targets it would have probably ended up stuck to the face plate! Perhaps that was the problem.

With that kind of "luck" perhaps you should have gone to Norway
