2019 AGM draft agenda etc

I have attached 3 documents. One is a draft agenda, and another contains the minutes from last years AGM. Nat sent out the minutes last year, but this saves you having to search for it. You can see that we have made some progress (we should be especially proud of the work we did to improve the access road), but some work still remains. Finally, the last document contains my comments regarding matters arising from last year, and some maintenance tasks I think need doing. Some of these may already be complete or are in hand.
