Work Party

Just wanted to put it out there that we could do with having a work party day in the near future. We were talking of moving the firing line as its getting a bit same old same old at the moment. We also have a number of targets that need some TLC and some lane clearance could be done to open up some lanes.

Does anyone have a preferred date or dates that they can't do? As there is a lot of us shooting the champs and the regional's on the weekend of the 6th and 7th of April i was going to suggest after that.

Your thoughts please.

Firing line changed at the top of the wood as well.

I bumped into Roberts dog trainer daughter while I was there, apparently there was an attempted break in on some of the containers a couple of weeks ago (not ours) so they are putting up some CCTV stickers and trail cams. One will be along the track so hopefully it'll pick up a number plate of any uninvited types.

My thoughts were.

1, To service all targets.
2, To service the plinking boards.
3, To mix up some of the posts in the woods (Timber ones)
4, Check strings and replace clips as there is a number that are broken.
5, Clean the toilets and make one female only possibly put a lock on it???
6, Cover lean too with sheeting.

That should keep us busy for a while?

Thought they'd be good for toilet cubicles. Not exactly expensive.

Also...put a sign up tomorrow?

If I can get there, got a small genny that will run a grinder/drill (getting on a bit, but it runs my hedge trimmer, drill and 4" grinder - not all at the same time, obviously!)
But got a late shift Friday night, so depends on what time it's starting

That should do nicely, thanks.

As Nat said, middayish I think.

I'll have a look in KBs to see if there are any ladies toilet signs. We will have to write on the door "please ask for key" if we put a lock on the outside of the door. Do we want to do this as it might cause a load of grief, especially if no one is up the top?

Will make ladies who regularly visit club aware of where said key is so they can help themselves.

As for signs:

Stainless Steel Door Sign Female Toilet Symbol 75mm https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ABKTUWI/ ... YCb19M6S5E

Any good?
